Pluto is still in Capricorn, for many more years in fact. Pluto leaves in May 2023 into Aquarius, retrogrades back into Capricorn, and then is there to stay in January 2024. That’s still 5 years away!
Pluto is the main planet evolutionary astrologers use to interpret someone’s evolutionary growth in this lifetime.
Comment below where Mars is in your chart! I’ll help you see if it is making any aspects to where Mars is currently transiting.
Just recently, Mars moved into Pluto’s current territory, Capricorn. Mars is the planet of action. People with an inflicted Mars, or little to know Aries energy have issues taking action. It’s hard for them! A trick I try to teach is to use the Law of Attraction. Think about something you want to do like, “I’m going call my daughter and ask her if she and her partner can try to meet me for a chanting mediation class.” Write that down on a piece of paper every day and repeat it to yourself everyday until you feel comfortable doing it.
Here’s the thing, Mars actually doesn’t have too many issues taking action in Capricorn. Mars is exalted in Capricorn. Exalted is a term in astrology that describes how a planet behaves in a certain sign. Mars is the ruler of Aries. When Mars is in Aries astrologers say Mars is dignified which means that the planet’s energy and that sign’s energy are in alignment and Mars is able to fully activate his potential. When Mars is exalted in Capricorn the energy is not as powerful as Mars in Aries, but it’s not debilitated either. In fact, Mars likes to be in Capricorn, and can function well. Capricorn is the next best sign after Aries where his energy can be well regulated, hence Mars is exalted in Capricorn.
So, we have this planet that can take action and force change that is going to be near Pluto, the marker of evolution. That means that evolutionary changes are afoot. Remember Pluto destroys to rebuild. Its power is that intense. Anything that happens during this transit is for your highest good and to push you in a positive place while you evolve.
